All returns are accepted with original tags attached to unworn and unused merchandise. Any items that are stretched, torn, or damaged in any other way will not be accepted for return. All acceptable returns are automatically processed for 100% store credit based on item sale price. This does not include shipping fees. Please allow 7 -10 business days for all return requests to be processed.
For monetary refunds, a 10% service fee will be deducted from the sale price and processed through PayPal, no exceptions.
Outside of company error (processing or shipping), original shipping fees are never refunded or credited.
To Return an item or items:
- Send a message via the contact button at the bottom of the screen.
- In the Subject, type "Return Request."
- In the Message, type the item name, size, date of purchase, and date received.
- If it is a request for a monetary refund, please type, "Monetary Refund Request Less 10 Percent" in the Subject.
