Return Policy

Retail Returns
Our retail policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

All returns are accepted with original tags attached to unworn and unused merchandise within 30 Days.  Any items that are submitted after 30 Days of the Order Datewithout original tagsstretched, torn, or damaged in any other way will not be accepted for return. 

Unfortunately, swimwear nor lingerie items can be accepted for return.

Additional non-returnable items include WHOLESALEGift Cards and Sale Items purchased with a Promotional Code or Discount Code.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. We are not responsible for the return shipping of any rejected returns.

All acceptable returns are automatically processed for 100% store credit based on the original purchase price of the item(s).  This does not include shipping fees.  Please allow 7 -10 business days for all return requests to be processed.

For monetary refunds, a 20% service fee will be deducted from the purchase price and processed through your original form of payment, without exception.  

Outside of company error (processing or shipping), original shipping fees are never refunded or credited.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the exact item is available in stock. Additionally, t
he time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at shop@callielives.com for further instructions. 

If you are returning an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
